Buying & Selling Tickets
Where do you get your tickets?
Jason-Aldean-Concerts.com is not directly affiliated with any Venue, Artist, or Box Office.
All of the tickets listed on our site are being listed by reputable ticket brokers from across the country. These brokers go to great lengths to acquire
tickets to sold-out events from various sources such as fans who decide after purchasing a ticket not to attend the event. We are able to offer you such a
great selection by pooling their inventory together to present a wide array of tickets for you to choose from. We monitor the performance of our Brokers
diligently to ensure that they are complying with our high standard of customer satisfaction.
Are these tickets real?
All of our tickets are 100% guaranteed to be legitimate tickets.
Why can't I purchase a single ticket?
Ticket brokers are often unwilling to break up large, even groups of tickets to provide a smaller odd number of tickets to a group of one, three or five.
If you have a small, odd number in your party, we recommend you look for an odd numbered group of tickets and choose from that group.
Are these seats together?
All of our groups of tickets are for consecutive seats unless specifically noted otherwise.
How can I get tickets for events happening today?
It is possible in some cases to get tickets for events at the last minute including the day of the event itself. If you want to purchase the tickets on the
same day or hours from the event, a scheduled meeting will be made with the ticket broker or ticket holder after the purchase is made to ensure you get your
ticket to the event in plenty of time.
What is your return & refund policy?
All ticket purchases through our site are final, and refunds are not available except in cases where an event is permanently cancelled, including for example
a sports event that becomes unnecessary in a playoff situation. For more information, please review our policies page.
What happens if I lose my tickets?
Jason Aldean tickets are not replaceable so we encourage our customers to take great care not to lose or accidentally destroy their tickets. In such cases,
we will not be able to provide replacement tickets to you. For more information, please review our policies page.
Pricing
How do you calculate its ticket prices?
The prices of tickets on our site are based on the prices set by the ticket brokers and individual ticket holders that are offering those tickets for sale. These
prices reflect the fair market value of the tickets based on the difficulty of acquiring the tickets in the first place, along with factors such as the popularity
of the event, the location of the seat, and the rarity of available tickets to the event. The prices of tickets on our site are often higher than the face value that
is printed on the tickets themselves, reflecting the difference between the face value and the fair market value.
Why are some of your tickets above face value?
The value that we charge for a ticket is its fair market value, which is sometime higher that the face value of the ticket itself. The face value of a ticket is
quite often not a good indicator of the price it would cost you to acquire a ticket to the premium events we stock. The work that goes into acquiring these hard to
find tickets is represented in our final price.
What is the face value of these tickets?
We only know the price that our ticket brokers are listing for tickets and often cannot discern what the actual face value is of the tickets being listed for sale.
Why are the prices on these tickets different since the last time I looked?
The ticket industry is very dynamic and prices rise and fall as demand for tickets changes. If you find a price you are happy with, we suggest you purchase the
tickets at that point in case the price goes higher in the future.
Why do you charge a Service Fee?
The Service Fee reflects our cost of obtaining hard to find and premium seats.
Tracking Your Order
Where is my order?
In most cases your order will be shipped out the day you order the tickets. In some cases however, this is not possible, and sometimes an estimated delivery date
will be given with the group of tickets you order. The ticket broker filling your order should contact you to give you an indication of when the item will be shipped,
if the tickets aren't going to be shipped immediately.
The best way to check on the status of your order is through our order tracking form or you can contact your ticket broker
directly at the phone number or email address provided in your confirmation email. If you have any problems finding out the status of your order, don't hesitate to
contact us and we will provide you with this information.
Why didn't I get a confirmation email with my order?
Many of the ISPs (Internet Service Providers) such as MSN Hotmail, AOL and Yahoo have created programs that allow their subscribers (that's you) greater control over
what appears in their inboxes. Filters can now be set according to the user's preferences to prevent SPAM from reaching the inbox. (Please check your Bulk/SPAM folder
for any ticket order email.) Along the way, however, these filters can block emails you do wish to receive, like your order confirmation email from us - unless you add
our contact info to your email address book.
How do I contact support or customer service?

Where can I review your Site Terms and Policies?
